The image manipulation tools appear on the left side of the MIMviewer window.
Left mouse click triangulates on any of the images including the MIP Movie.
Mouse scroll wheel or right click dragging changes slices. (default)
Left click dragging over an image traverses slices in that plane.
When in Contrast Mode, left click dragging over an image actively adjusts contrast in any view. Contrast adjustment in the Fusion Volume window adjusts the PET volume in the fusion.
When Zoom and Pan mode is enabled, left click hold and drag over an image to zoom. Right click hold and drag over an image to pan. To reset the zoom and pan of an image, right click on the Zoom and Pan Icon. The mouse scroll wheel can be used to traverse slices when Zoom and Pan Mode is enabled.
The MIP Movie is displayed by default on both Fusion and PET presentations. The MIP Movie Controls appear to the left of the MIP Movie when displayed.

The movie can be stopped and manually rotated by right-click dragging or moving the mouse scroll wheel over the movie. Single or left-click dragging over the MIP Movie triangulates corresponding planes in the view.
Layout
Left click on the Layout Menu to toggle various layout options. Multiple display configurations are available in the Layout Menu drop-down. The layout configurations vary based on the volume displayed. For instance, when the Fusion Volume is displayed, the Layout Menu provides options for displaying all volumes or only the Fusion Volume. See the Cycle Views description below for more display configurations.
Color
Table
The Color Table Menu provides a list of available color scales for various modalities. From the menu, mouse over the volume you wish to change for a list of available color choices and left click to select.
Blend
Left click on the Blend Menu to toggle available blend settings. For more control, select the Blend Menu drop-down to select percentages of each modality to be displayed.
The Blend Menu is only available when a Fusion Volume is displayed.
Cycle
Views
The Cycle Views control allows users to toggle between planes to be displayed. This control is provided to change the dominant plane when in 'Dominant' layouts a well as the plane displayed in the default 'Fusion with MIP' Layout. Use this icon to toggle the displayed plane between transverse, sagittal, and coronal.
Show/Hide
MIP
The Show/Hide MIP functionality is only available when an individual modality is displayed, not when a Fusion Volume is displayed.
Left click the Show/Hide MIP Icon to toggle the MIP Movie on or off.
Preset/Reset
Left click on the Preset/Reset Icon to select from a menu of CT contrast presets or to reset the PET contrast. Refer to the Image Manipulation section above to select Contrast Mode for further contrast control and PET/SPECT contrast adjustments.
Options
Left click on the Options Icon for General and MIP Movie settings. Several language options are also availble.
Patient
Left Click on the Patient Icon to select from available patients. Selecting a patient will display the volumes and images available for that patient.
Capture Menu
The Capture Menu provides three options for capturing files: save to a file, copy to clipboard, and print. To save a screen capture to a file, select 'Capture to a File' from the Capture Menu. When prompted, browse for a location and select a name for the file. The 'Capture to Clipboard' option copies the file to the Windows clipboard for pasting in a Windows application such as Paint, Word, or PowerPoint. The 'Print' command from the Capture Menu opens the Print Dialog and sends the file to a selected printer.
