Printing reports

Reports that are displayed in a Web browser may be printed from Quick Viewer.

Note: To print a report displayed in Adobe Reader®, refer to the online Help within Adobe Reader®.

Steps for this task

To print a report:

  1. Display the report you want to print. See Viewing reports.
  2. In the document display area, click the Show Printer-Friendly Version link.

    3. A print preview of the report is displayed along with the Print dialog box.

  3. In the Select Printer section, select the appropriate printer.
  4. Click Print. The selected document has been printed.
